“Seven Deadly Sins
Wealth without work
Pleasure without conscience
Science without humanity
Knowledge without character
Politics without principle
Commerce without morality
Worship without sacrifice.”

The humanity of Nicaragua can be portrayed through their hands. Enjoy the Hum-hand-ity of Nicaragua.
Beautiful and intriguing collage! 🙂
Thank you, Geri.
Very clever; such a unique interpretation of the theme.
wow. Excellent photos and what a lovely interpretation of Humanity. Especially i liked the quote of Mahatma. :Science without humanity” is so true. Thanks.
your photos is amazing, i love it
What a great idea to represent humanity through the work of our hands…very expressive.
Thanks, Annette. Our hands and eyes are really the most expressive way to project our humanity, I think.
Yes, I agree. Your post on hands reminds me of a poem I wrote in my teens that used types of hands to represent personalities in people…I have to look for it.
Hands, i love those hands. They connect us from one another.
Indeed they do, Seeker. Thanks so much for your comment.
Debbie, what is the first pic about ? I can see a little hand inside something… curious. Nice interpretation of the theme 🙂
I know many people are wondering about that picture. Our neighbor Julio took our kayak out one day and a Gar fish was swimming in the shallow water. He knocked it over the head with a rock and killed it. Then, he brought it back to shore and cut off its head. That is his hand inside the neck of the Gar, while Ron is holding its mouth open. LOL By the way, it was very tasty.
Love this interpretation Debbie!!!! Excellent!
Nicole, thank you so much. It means a lot to me that you enjoyed the interpretation.
fabulous photos of the beautiful people of Nicaragua
So glad you enjoyed them, John and Mary.
You always bring a beautiful, human face to your adopted country. How was Yellowstone, BTW (or haven’t you gone yet and I’m simply confused?)

You are so sweet, Janet. Thank you for your kind comment. We’re in Yosemite National Park as I write. I have a post ready to go about Yosemite. We are one fortunate family to be able to work and live in beautiful places of the world, where the world greets us at our doorsteps. 🙂
